What You'll Do

• Oversee and execute live events on a 24/7 FAST channel, managing playlists within an Amagi UI
• As the primary point of contact in the control room, collaborate with Directors, Producers, and Production staff to ensure seamless broadcasts
• Deliver smooth live broadcasts featuring remote content creators, using your troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve any issues
• Independently resolve real-time challenges during live streams to maintain flawless channel feeds
• Take on exciting ad-hoc tasks in operations, scheduling, creative projects, and marketing
• Enjoy a flexible schedule, including regular weekends and nights, to keep the channel running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of live production experience, especially in broadcast or streaming environments
• Experience operating broadcast playlists (Amagi, Frequency, Crispin, or similar platforms)
• Bonus: Familiarity with streaming protocols (RTMP, SRT, HLS)
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to delivering quality broadcasts
• Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and enjoy multitasking
