Live On-Site Property Manager
Job Summary
Central Self Storage is seeking a Live On-Site Property Manager to join our team. This position offers 24 hours a week at $16 - $17 per hour, plus monthly bonuses based on performance. The role includes store hours of 10AM - 6PM with ½ hour lunch Monday through Friday, 8AM - 2PM Saturday, and closed Sundays.

Requirements
- 2 years retail/customer service management experience or 3+ years US Military experience.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- Minimum High School or GED.
Qualifications
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
- Ability to be flexible to help when needed with other stores or team members.
- Show proof of a valid driver’s license as well as valid automobile insurance.
- Pass a background check for credit, criminal, and driving records.
Pay & Schedule
24 hours a week at $16 - $17 per hour, plus monthly bonuses based on performance.
