Key Responsibilities
- Prepare event spaces by setting up equipment, furnishings, décor, and operational materials
- Aid with venue resets, breakdowns, and post-event recovery activities
- Maintain organized work areas, storage locations, and event assets
- Support day-of-event execution alongside operations leaders, vendors, and event teams
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges as they arise
- Execute assigned responsibilities according to event timelines and operational plans
- Assist with logistics and asset support, including loading, unloading, transporting, and organizing equipment and event materials
- Maintain inventory tracking and management of operational supplies
- Maintain accountability for company equipment and assets during transportation and use
- Interact professionally with guests, clients, and venue partners
- Provide support that contributes to a positive event experience
- Support a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, production, logistics, or related industries preferred
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment and materials
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying event schedules
Salary
$20 - $25 per hour, commensurate with education and experience.

This position requires frequent travel to event venues, job sites, and company locations, along with flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
