About the role

Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Sell bingo paper cards or bingo electronic machines to guests according to session guidelines and pricing
- Verify discount eligibility if applicable
- Provide guests with bingo game and events information
- Answer guest inquiries
- Play bingo paper cards for guests
- Absorb guests as needed
- Promptly notify Manager of any guest complaints or disputes if unable to resolve the issue quickly
- Maximize sales of bingo games by informing guests of bingo prices and special packages
- Walk through assigned section continuously (if assigned to the floor)
- Sell paper and electronic systems to guests
- Maintain accurate accounting of incoming and outgoing monies and bingo inventory
- Maintain bingo game efficiency and integrity by promptly responding to bingo winners and reading winning cards back to bingo callers
- Verify bingo buy-in and guest eligibility for game participation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of game procedures and house rules
- Inform players of rules as needed
- Prepare and maintain bingo area for game play
- Ensure accurate inventory of electronic gaming devices
- Call the bingo game to ensure a smoothly run session
- Sell bingo games in the admissions box office
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Six (6) months’ work experience as a cashier or other work involved with handling money required
- Six (6) months of gaming / bingo experience preferred

What You Bring
