Pay
St. Joseph’s Health provides a salary range to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and skills. The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation.

St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center, a division of St. Joseph’s University Medical Center and a member of St. Joseph’s Health, is a 229-bed acute-care community hospital that provides comprehensive medical and surgical care, emergency, and diagnostic services to the residents of Wayne and communities in northern New Jersey.
