Part Time Bingo Caller / Raffle Seller

Ducks Unlimited Minnesota, Metro Region is seeking a Part-Time Bingo Caller/Raffle Seller in Green Isle, MN.

About the role

Manage weekly Bingo, meat raffles, and horse racing games, and handle any future expansion in legal gambling in the Green Isle, MN area.

Responsibilities

• Call weekly Bingo games in accordance with state regulations.
• Sell weekly meat raffles in tandem with horse racing.
• Train new employees or volunteers involved in gambling activities.
• Maintain inventory records for Bingo paper and other gambling equipment or tickets.
• Ensure all paperwork and Gambling Control Board forms (including LG900, LG903, LG908, LG909) are completely and accurately filled out in a timely manner.
• Secure Bingo paper, start banks, prize receipts, and State forms in a locking safe bolted to the floor.
• Make cash deposits within 4 business days matching the profit from the Bingo occasion.
• Assist with planning future meat raffles or opportunities to sell pull tabs in the area.
• Maintain a friendly and courteous personality when interacting with guests/customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must pass a criminal and financial background check.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening.
• Basic math knowledge is required.
• Prior experience handling cash and calling Bingo is preferred.

Qualifications

Excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills, are required.

Pay

$25.00 per hour.
