Responsibilities

• Design a fun & engaging Little Ninjas curriculum
• Mentor & lead Little Ninjas coaching staff
• Build lasting relationships with young athletes and parents
• Develop a positive and inclusive program culture

Requirements

• Passion for working with young children (Ages 3-6)
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Patient, encouraging, and high-energy personality
• Active & capable of leading kids on the floor
