The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a part-time Program Specialist to support our Ninja Warrior program. Pay

$15–$17 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

Weekday evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate practices, games, and clinics for the Ninja Warrior program.
• Create lesson plans for children ages 5–11.
• Purchase necessary program materials.
• Provide leadership and guidance to other staff members.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the basic rules of the sport (training provided for those without experience).
• Ability to work well with young people and communicate effectively with parents and children.
• Strong multitasking skills.
