Program Specialist - Youth Sports

About the role

The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking part-time sports enthusiasts to support basketball, soccer, volleyball, and ninja warrior programs this spring.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate practices, games, and clinics
• Work weekday evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic sport rules
• Ability to work well with young people
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Effective communication with parents and children
• Training provided for those interested in a specific sport without prior experience
