Litigation Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Participate in discussions, meetings, and act as a subject matter expert.
• Evaluate cases on technical merit.
• Perform vehicle inspections to evaluate customer concerns, vehicles, and repair processes.
• Report out on all evaluations and technical inspections.
• Support legal case compilation.
• Local travel to designated dealerships.
• Review technical cases.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years automotive experience required.
• A BA degree or current ASE certification is preferred but previously certified individuals will be considered.
• Highly motivated, critical thinker, adaptive, and autonomous with the ability to deliver measurable results.
• Ability to travel locally/regionally to dealerships.
• Ability to analyze and document vehicle case updates using Microsoft Excel tools.
• Ability to communicate technical information to all levels.
• Ability to analyze data and create custom reports using provided templates.
• Ability to effectively use MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Pay

The wage range for this role is $80k to $120k based on current experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule, including 1-2 days of field work with regional travel and 3 days of remote work per week, with minimal weekend work.
