Responsibilities
- Participate in discussions, meetings, and act as a subject matter expert.
- Evaluate cases on technical merit.
- Perform vehicle inspections to evaluate customer concerns, vehicles, and repair processes.
- Report out on all evaluations and technical inspections.
- Support legal case compilation.
- Local travel to designated dealerships.
- Review technical cases.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years automotive experience required.
- A BA degree or current ASE certification is preferred but previously certified individuals will be considered.
- Highly motivated, critical thinker, adaptive, and autonomous with the ability to deliver measurable results.
- Ability to travel locally/regionally to dealerships.
- Ability to analyze and document vehicle case updates using Microsoft Excel tools.
- Ability to communicate technical information to all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and create custom reports using provided templates.
- Ability to effectively use MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

Pay
The wage range for this role is $80k to $120k based on current experience.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule, including 1-2 days of field work with regional travel and 3 days of remote work per week, with minimal weekend work.
