The opportunity is suitable for a Senior Attorney or Non-Equity Shareholder seeking significant responsibility for client matters, greater involvement in litigation strategy and the opportunity to mentor and develop junior lawyers. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in complex commercial litigationHandle trials, hearings, discovery and motion practiceDraft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements and other litigation documentsTake and defend depositionsWork with expert witnessesDevelop case strategy and provide commercial legal adviceSupervise and mentor junior attorneysManage client relationships, deadlines and significant case responsibilities Who You Are 6+ years of litigation experienceStrong commercial litigation backgroundJ.D. from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to the Michigan BarExcellent written and oral advocacy skillsExperience managing litigation matters independentlyStrong client service and communication abilitiesSupervisory and mentoring experience is advantageous Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience and seniority.
