Litigation Senior Attorney - New York, NY

About the role

Clark Hill is seeking a Senior Attorney to join its Litigation business unit in New York, NY. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely 1 to 2 days per week, and the incumbent must be available for court appearances. Responsibilities

• Perform substantive trial preparation and courtroom work, including matter responsibility, motion practice, and deposition handling.
• Conduct e-discovery using relevant software.
• Provide advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation on behalf of clients.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment.
• Attend court appearances as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation practice experience.
• Active New York Bar license.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $250,000 annually, based on a full-time work schedule. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus; actual compensation will be influenced by qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.

Schedule

Full-time position with hybrid remote work (1–2 days per week remote). The incumbent must be available for court appearances as required.
