About the role
The Litigation Principal is responsible for managing complex litigation cases, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead high-stakes litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Develop and implement litigation strategies that align with client objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including attorneys, paralegals, and clients
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends relevant to litigation
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court and before regulatory bodies
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- At least 10 years of litigation experience
- Proven track record of successfully resolving high-profile cases
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
