Responsibilities and Requirements
Candidates must possess between 0 and 25 years of legal experience, specific to role requirements. They must have a proven track record in relevant practice areas such as litigation, personal injury, wills & estates, or general liability. Additionally, they must be comfortable with varying work models, including on-site, hybrid, or remote, depending on the role. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for complex legal work. For partner-track roles, candidates must show potential or a demonstrated ability to generate and maintain a book of business.
