Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• File documents in state and federal courts (e-filing)
• Cook up discovery, subpoenas, and depositions
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court staff
• Maintain organized case files and track deadlines
• Aid attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness materials
• Support attorneys during trial as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
• Experience in PI, workers’ compensation, premises liability, or related practice areas
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
