Litigation Paralegal – Collin County, TX

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join the Litigation business unit in the Collin County office.

Responsibilities

• Draft routine correspondence and legal documents
• Collect, organize, and review records
• Assist with all phases of discovery and trial preparation
• Manage commercial litigation files

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate
• Experience working with e-discovery software
• Experience with trial preparation
• Excellent computer skills with a high-level attention to detail
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
