Litigation Paralegal (Catastrophic Personal Injury)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial binders, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research, manage case files, and maintain organized document systems.
• Coordinate discovery responses, document production, and deposition preparation.
• Draft, review, and summarize legal and case-related materials.
• Maintain communication with clients, court staff, and external parties.
• Assist with trial preparation and provide case support as needed.
• Support attorneys across commercial, construction, real estate, and related litigation matters.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Paralegal
• Personal Injury background (Catastrophic Injury and/or Wrongful Death)
• Pre-litigation, litigation and trial preparation experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) strong plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging $90,000–$115,000, depending on experience
