Litigation Paralegal

Salary: $95K–$120K DOE with bonus potential

About the role

This esteemed litigation firm has an exceptional team of paralegals, and they’re growing with room for a collaborative, like-minded Litigation Paralegal to join them. Keys for continued success will involve strengths in critical thinking and e-discovery management. You’ll be responsible for full case management and trial support working hand in hand with passionate trial teams. You’ll utilize your state and federal court experience as you prepare for hearings, arbitration, and trials.

Responsibilities

• Track all stages of discovery
• Proofread and cite-check briefs
• Assess and organize high volumes of discovery documents using e-discovery software

Requirements

• 6+ years of complex commercial litigation experience in a billing paralegal capacity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and e-discovery software
• State and federal court experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of a degree
