Responsibilities
- Aid attorneys in all phases of securities and class action litigation.
- Manage case files, pleadings, and litigation documents.
- Cook up and organize exhibits, filings, and court submissions.
- Coordinate and track document productions and discovery materials.
- Prepare and organize exhibits, filings, and court submissions.
- Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
- Maintain case calendars and monitor litigation deadlines.
- Cook up and organize exhibits, filings, and court submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and vendors.
- Support trial preparation, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
- Aid in electronic filing in federal and state courts.
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Prior experience supporting securities litigation and class action matters preferred
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, document review, and federal/state court filings
- Experience preparing pleadings, exhibits, deposition materials, and trial preparation documents
- Ability to manage case files, litigation databases, document productions, and multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support software (Relativity a plus)
- Strong legal research, organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively, and experienced handling confidential information professionally
Qualifications

- Experience with securities litigation, class actions, shareholder litigation, consumer protection, antitrust, or complex commercial litigation preferred
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, document review, and federal/state court filings

- Ability to manage case files, litigation databases, document productions, and multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support software (Relativity a plus)
