Litigation Secretary Key Responsibilities:Draft, revise, and finalize a broad range of litigation documents, including pleadings, probate petitions, objections, discovery, notices, and proofsManage state e‑filings, ensuring strict compliance with court rules, procedures, and filing deadlinesProvide comprehensive litigation support, including case management, file organization, and discovery trackingAct as a professional liaison with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, experts, and vendorsMaintain attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and track all litigation deadlinesPrepare and process billing entries and expense reports with accuracyProactively monitor and follow up on critical deadlines to ensure timely completion of all tasks Please submit your resume in MS Word format for immediate and confidential consideration.
