Litigation & Dispute Resolution Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage general commercial litigation matters from early stages through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials with strong analytical focus.
• Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy development.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, and court appearances as appropriate.
• Work closely with partners and colleagues while delivering high-quality client service.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of general litigation experience gained in a law firm environment.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Client-focused, organised, and comfortable working collaboratively within a team.
• Deposition or court appearance experience is beneficial but not required.
• Member of the Minnesota Bar, in good standing.

Compensation

Salary Range: $220,000 – $230,000 DOE
