About the role

This role is for a litigation counsel with 8+ years of experience to join Nossaman's Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Group. The position can be based in Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento, or San Francisco.

Responsibilities

- Experience in real estate litigation - Preferred experience in eminent domain - Drafting pleadings - Taking depositions - Preparing discovery - Reviewing title documents

- Superior research and writing skills - Demonstrated ability to take ownership over significant projects

Pay

The salary range for the position is $175,000 to $230,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications and experience.
