Litigation/Construction Attorney – LA/OC/SD

About the role

Klinedinst PC is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in construction law preferred, but not required, to join our team in either our Los Angeles, Irvine, or San Diego offices, with the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle construction cases while tackling complex issues
• Experience in structuring discovery plans
• Taking and defending depositions
• Managing document-intensive cases
• Drafting dispositive motions
• Preparing for trial

Requirements

• California licensed with 3+ years of experience in construction preferred, but not required
• Strong academic background and the ambition to create an extraordinary career
• Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay

Pay range: $130,000-175,000 per year (depends on experience).
