Responsibilities
- Representing clients in complex litigation
- Counseling clients on claims
- Handling contract and business disputes
- Preferred: Experience in Real Estate or Construction Litigation
Requirements
- A JD from a nationally accredited law school
- Admission to the MN bar
- A minimum of 3 years litigation experience as an attorney
- Preference for Real Estate or Construction Litigation experience
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Ability to manage multiple matters effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
