About the role
Cooling & Herbers, P.C. is expanding and seeking an entry- to mid-level litigation attorney to join its Kansas City-based aviation law firm. We are looking for motivated and driven litigation attorneys with an interest in building a career in aviation law. As an internationally recognized aviation law firm, Cooling & Herbers, P.C. provides legal services in both litigation and corporate matters. Join our litigation team to defend airlines, insurers and manufacturers in aviation-related accident and product liability cases and assist pilots with regulatory compliance matters. Our firm offers both a collaborative and independent work environment.
Requirements
- Up to 5 years experience
- Strong academic record
- Licensed to practice law in Kansas and/or Missouri
Qualifications
- Background in litigation
- Writing and communications skills
- Pilot/aviation experience is desired but not required
