About the Role

A well-regarded Houston-based law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for flexible, high-quality work with the possibility of a permanent placement down the line. Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience Labor & Employment (L&E) experience strongly preferred Candidates with general commercial or business litigation experience will also be considered Available to start immediately Comfortable integrating quickly into an active litigation team Engagement Details: Approximately 3-month contract term; full time hours Potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance and firm need

Responsibilities

Will work directly with senior attorneys on active matters (Given the immediate need, candidates who can start quickly will be prioritized.)

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience Labor & Employment (L&E) experience strongly preferred Candidates with general commercial or business litigation experience will also be considered Available to start immediately Comfortable integrating quickly into an active litigation team
