Litigation Attorney (Remote)
Latitude is seeking litigation attorneys with extensive complex commercial litigation experience for contract engagements with its in-house and law firm clients.
About the role
Applicants must have excellent pretrial skills, including conducting and responding to discovery, legal research and writing, and significant experience preparing legal pleadings, motions, and statements. Prior experience working at a full-service AmLaw 200 firm or a sophisticated litigation boutique is preferred.
Requirements
- 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Prior experience working at a full-service AmLaw 200 firm or a sophisticated litigation boutique is preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing
- Outstanding references

Pay
The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $120,000 to $200,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference.
Benefits
- Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week.
