Litigation Attorney (Remote)

A well-established law firm specializing in complex construction, business, and employment litigation, handling multi-million dollar projects, personal injury defense, environmental claims, and product liability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive legal research to support ongoing cases.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and wills.
• Assist partners and senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments on their behalf.
• Communicate with clients to keep them informed about their legal matters.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurance carriers.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the state bar of Arizona (Colorado is a plus).
• 5+ years of litigation experience (defense).
• Experience in construction law or business-related matters is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with insurance clients is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Pay

$160,000 - $175,000 per year + Bonus
