Litigation Attorney - Professional Liability

About the role

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an associate attorney with 2+ years of professional litigation experience to join its Wilmington, DE office.

Responsibilities

• Defend licensed professionals and institutions, including nursing homes, drug, alcohol and mental health treatment centers, and other specialty or skilled care facilities.
• Defend insurance agents and brokers, lawyers, architects, engineers and other licensed professionals.
• Defend multiple professional sports teams and organizations including USA Gymnastics and Boy Scouts of America.
• Defend hotels, motels and others in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in general commercial and professional liability litigation (especially healthcare, ENO/DNO, specialty care and senior living litigation).
• Experience in human trafficking and sexual abuse litigation.
• Experience in mass torts and class actions.

Pay

Salary Range: $115,000 to $190,000.
