Position: US Contract Attorney — Litigation Type: Contract Compensation: $100–$120/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Compare pairs of responses to litigation tasks and decide which is stronger, with clear reasoning.Write concise justifications grounded in source documents and applicable US law.Create realistic legal prompts, fact patterns, and model answers from your litigation experience.Flag errors, gaps, and risky advice in AI-generated legal content.Attend onboarding and calibration sessions. Qualifications Must-Have Admitted to practice in at least one US state (active bar membership).3+ years of US litigation practice, including civil or commercial litigation, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.Clear writing and attention to detail. Preferred 2+ years of experience at an AmLaw 100 firm (strongly preferred).Prior work on legal AI projects with Mercor.Experience in data annotation, AI evaluation, or legal-benchmarking.
