Location
Handle a caseload of family law and/or civil litigation matters based on your experience.
Attend court hearings in Central Illinois (approx. 2–3 times per week).
Manage cases with support from paralegals and senior attorneys.
Gradually take on more independence as you grow in the role.
$100,000 – $150,000 base salary, depending on experience and production.
Comp tied to your chosen billable target (you control your pace and earnings).
10% origination bonus on collected revenue.
