Litigation Attorney (Dallas)
About the role

Founded by James Waite, author of the American Rental Association’s Guide to Rental Contracts, JWL blends sophisticated legal counsel with strategic business insight.
We are looking for both junior and senior-level attorneys who are active, in good standing, and licensed to practice in Georgia, Colorado, Texas, or D.C.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex litigation cases
- Advise clients on corporate transactions and compliance issues
- Represent clients in equipment and automotive sales and leasing disputes
- Handle employment and labor law matters
- Assist with real estate and land use matters
- Collaborate with clients on international legal issues
- Provide strategic guidance and dispute resolution services
- Work closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements
- Active, in good standing, and licensed to practice in Georgia, Colorado, Texas, or D.C.
- Experience in heavy litigation, transactional/corporate law, equipment & auto sales and leasing, employment/labor, real estate/land use, government/regulatory compliance, and international law
Qualifications
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Passionate about delivering measurable results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
