Litigation Attorney – Dallas (#840)

About the role

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks to hire an attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer finance and mortgage servicing litigation. General experience in financial services and/or property or general experience is also helpful.

Responsibilities

• Participate as part of a team of attorneys and paralegals representing banks, mortgage lenders, and servicers in financial services litigation matters.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Discovery and motion practice experience.

Requirements

• Texas license required.
• Reside in or be based in the Dallas, Texas area.

Benefits
