Litigation Attorney (Contract)

Beacon Hill Legal seeks a contract Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, DC. This is a fully remote role anticipated to last for 6-12+ months, offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters.
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting of substantive legal documents.
• Experience utilizing Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Antitrust litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Product liability litigation experience is a plus.
• Experience serving as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) is highly desirable.
• Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Background with an Am Law 100 firm preferred.
