Litigation Attorney - Commercial Transportation
General Responsibilities
Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including performing all aspects of oral and written discovery; conducting extensive fact investigation/development and legal research; drafting pleadings, memoranda of law, client reports, and affidavits; engaging in active motion practice in both state and federal court, including dispositive motions; trial preparation and trial work.
Transactional, Retail, and Administrative Work
Will also include some transactional, retail, and administrative work.
Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in civil litigation
- An active Illinois bar license
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well on a team

- Ability to draft legal documents and conduct legal research

Pay
The annual base salary range anticipated for this position in Illinois is $140,000-$180,000, depending upon experience. This salary range excludes available bonus opportunities.
