Position: Litigation AttorneyType: ContractCompensation: $100 - $150/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role ResponsibilitiesDraft authentic litigation work product, including motions, briefs, demand letters, and discovery for commercial real estate disputes.Produce turn-by-turn deliverables under senior direction, mirroring real practice submissions.Develop and document rubric items alongside drafts, outlining criteria for strong responses.Incorporate senior feedback efficiently, demonstrating adaptability with minimal redirection.Ensure continuity in case theory and litigation posture across multiple engagement turns.Identify and flag procedural uncertainties, missing information, or factual ambiguities needing resolution. RequirementsActive or lapsed license as a US attorney, admitted in at least one US jurisdiction.Have strong relevant experience in litigation, emphasizing real drafting, discovery, and motion practice.Proven background in handling commercial real estate litigation related to leases, transactions, development, landlord tenant issues, zoning, or financing/security interests.Demonstrated ability to draft complex litigation documents under direction within commercial real estate disputes.Exemplary written communication skills in English, with strong mastery of legal register and analysis.Firm experience and exposure to multiple matter types are advantageous.
