Position: Litigation AttorneyType: ContractCompensation: $100 - $150/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role ResponsibilitiesProduce litigation work product for complex commercial contract disputes, including drafting motions, briefs, demand letters, and discovery documents.Respond to opposing counsel's simulated moves, sustaining a coherent case theory and strategic posture throughout multi-turn engagements.Develop and articulate rubric items for each draft, specifying benchmarks for strong, persuasive legal responses.Incorporate feedback from senior direction each engagement turn, iterating drafts to reflect evolving strategies and facts.Identify and clearly flag procedural questions, missing information, or factual ambiguities for further direction by project leads. RequirementsActive or lapsed license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.Have strong relevant experience in the domain focused on commercial contract disputes.Proven ability to draft litigation documents under supervision, with minimal need for repeated direction.Experience with commercial contract litigation, especially with disputes concerning contract breach, performance, interpretation, or damages.Exceptional written English, demonstrating mastery of legal drafting and litigation register.
