Full-service firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their practice, specializing in business, real estate, and construction disputes. Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings
• Propound and respond to written discovery
• Conduct witness and client interviews
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Work with expert witnesses and consultants
• Assist with settlement negotiations and litigation strategy

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Bar license
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
• Experience handling discovery and depositions
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
• Interest in real estate, construction, and business litigation

Pay

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $190,000.

Schedule

Low billable targets (1500 hours) with hybrid flexibility.
