Responsibilities

  • Manage civil litigation matters from inception through trial.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
  • Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial strategy.
  • Communicate directly with clients and provide legal counsel.
  • Perform legal research and develop effective case strategies.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

  • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
  • Experience in construction, real estate, or general civil litigation preferred.
  • Interest or experience in estate planning or family law is a plus.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong oral advocacy and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
