About the role
Join a well-established and growing law firm seeking an experienced attorney to support a sophisticated Real Estate and Construction Litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to represent developers, property owners, contractors, businesses, and other stakeholders in a wide range of complex disputes.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling commercial real estate litigation, construction disputes, contract matters, land use issues, and related business litigation.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions
- Conduct depositions
- Handle discovery
- Negotiate settlements
- Work directly with clients on strategic legal matters
