Litigation Attorney – Boise, Idaho

About the role

Slocumb Law Firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team in Boise, Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, up to and including trial.
• Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients.
• Work within established national litigation systems and case standards.
• Exercise sound judgment, preparation, and ownership over assigned matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active Idaho license and in good standing
• At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred
• Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage a full inventory of both pre-lit and litigation cases
• Results-driven mindset

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in handling complex personal injury cases
