Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Develop creative and strategic litigation plans
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings
• Prepare matters for trial and assist with trial advocacy
• Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to deliver outstanding results

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• Five or more years of civil litigation experience
• Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, hearings, discovery, and trial preparation
• Outstanding legal writing, analytical, research, and advocacy skills
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented approach
• A passion for delivering outstanding client service and achieving meaningful results
