Litigation Attorney

About the Role

The attorney will independently manage a diverse litigation caseload while working alongside highly respected litigators on complex matters involving:

• Auto and transportation defense
• General liability litigation
• Personal injury claims
• Catastrophic injury matters
• Complex insurance defense litigation

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend court appearances and mediations
• Develop litigation strategy
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in California
• 3-8 years of defense litigation experience
• Experience handling personal injury, transportation, auto, general liability, or catastrophic injury matters preferred
• Strong writing, communication, and client-management skills
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload

Pay

Base Salary: $165,000 - $210,000+ depending on experience, plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
