About the role
As a Litigation Attorney, you will oversee gathering necessary documents and evidence as well as any other relevant information related to your claim and negotiating a settlement offer. You will work with your team to prepare demand letters and help to negotiate a settlement.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including evaluation of case merits.
- Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication.
- Conduct medical reviews and negotiate and settle cases as necessary.
- Open new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery.
- Manage a large caseload while demonstrating effective leadership skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license.
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation attorney experience.
- Trial experience is a plus.
- Leadership skills to build and manage a legal team.
- Ability to interact with clients during their time of need.
- Determination to achieve the best results for clients and win cases.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
