Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking a recently licensed attorney with 3+ years’ experience to join its Litigation Team in the Nashville market.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and motions
• Conduct legal research and writing
• Work within a fast-paced environment
• Manage multiple assignments for various attorneys
• Work both independently and collaboratively

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as an attorney
• Excellent academic credentials
• High ethical standards
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Familiarity with state and federal courts in Tennessee (a plus)
