Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Engaging with and overseeing outside counsel
• Serving as an intermediary between the business and outside counsel
• Cooking claims management with our internal risk management team and third-party insurers
• Establishing litigation budgets and financial reserves
• Providing data-driven insights to business leaders to actively mitigate future litigation risk and claim exposure

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of a state bar
• Minimum of two to three years of relevant litigation experience
• Prior in-house experience is preferred but not required
