Litigation Attorney and Senior Litigation Attorney

Position Overview

A well-established plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with at least three years of personal injury litigation experience who is looking to independently manage cases while working closely with experienced trial attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct case investigations and develop litigation strategies.
• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Argue motions and attend court hearings.
• Maintain direct communication with clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy.
• Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial proceedings in state and federal courts.

Qualifications

• Required: Active Florida Bar license. Minimum 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills.
• PREFERRED: Deposition and motion practice experience. Federal court experience. Background in plaintiff or defense litigation. Strong academic credentials.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $130,000 - $170,000, depending on experience.
