Litigation Attorney (AI Legal Evaluation)

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated legal briefs, arguments, memoranda, and analyses
• Assess content for legal accuracy, factual support, and logical consistency
• Identify errors, weak reasoning, unsupported conclusions, and missing issues
• Provide structured written feedback and recommended corrections
• Evaluate complex or ambiguous litigation scenarios
• Draft and edit sample legal arguments and professional legal language
• Apply relevant procedural and substantive legal principles
• Participate in iterative review cycles with the project team

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited US law school
• Active licence in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction
• Between 3 and 15 years of post-JD legal experience
• Professional experience in litigation, trial practice, or appellate work
• Strong experience drafting legal briefs, memoranda, motions, or written arguments
• Current residence in the United States
