Litigation Attorney

Requirements

• Substantial experience with civil discovery, law and motion, and deposition steps
• Candidates with 3-6 years litigation experience preferred
• California license required
• Minimum of five years substantive litigation experience
• Experience handling employment law, construction, and professional liability litigation preferred
• Work directly with business-owner clients on a wide variety of interesting matters
