Litigation Associate/Partner

What You'll Do

• Handle medical and professional malpractice defense matters from inception through trial.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Participate in all phases of trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Collaborate closely with partners while developing increasing independence and case ownership.

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Medical malpractice defense experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Motivated to learn, grow, and develop courtroom experience.
• Trial Attorney: First-chair medical malpractice trial experience strongly preferred.
